thats why i'll never lose control and my temper and threaten anothers ego ever again, i over reached , and even if they "started it" - the consequences always go horribly wrong , like dominoes all lined up , thank god for the natural dampening effect of the calming energies all surrounding us and guardian angels , or i'd not be here today - grateful jo ( sadder and wiser )
