CONDIMENT FOR IMMUNE SYSTEM
Garlic, crushed/grated
Fresh ginger, grated
Fresh turmeric, grated
Zest of lemon, grated
Dried red chilli flakes
Miso
Cider vinegar/lemon juice
Olive oil
Mix together well. Transfer to glass jar. Keep in fridge.
Add to soups, salads, stews, potatoes, etc.
