As ever what's important is awareness. But not an awareness from knowledge or information, but an awareness of spirit through spirit. The opposite of awareness is ignorance; but again not an ignorance of facts, or a lack of understanding, but an ignorance that, seemingly blissfully but really painfully, choses to ignore.
